MadeByStella.com accepts Paypal.com, which allows you to pay through any credit card of your choice. Payment is made through a separate window that links to Paypal.com. If there are any questions, please use the contact form for assistance.

Shipping
Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.  You will be notified via email when your order is shipped.  All orders are mailed via reliable and speedy SingPost Registered Mail and will typically require a signature upon delivery.   Approximate delivery timeframes are below. Please note that the following delivery dates are not guaranteed:

Singapore – 1 to 2 business days
Asia Pacific – 4 to 6 business days
UK - 4 to 8 business days
Europe – 5 to 12 business days
USA, Middle East – 6 to 12 business days

All orders arrive in small MadeByStella gift boxes suitable for gift giving.  If your order is a gift and you would like to write a message to the recipient, please let me know and I will include a special note card. 

Sales Tax
A California sales tax of 9.75% is applied to orders shipped to addresses in CA.

Returns/Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns or exchanges will be happily accepted within 7 days of receipt.  For returns, refunds will be issued less shipping charges.  Custom orders cannot be returned.

Please send an email to returns@madebystella.com or complete a contact form to request a return or exchange.

Products returned must be in an unused condition and with original packaging.  Please use a padded envelope or box to make your return.  Please ship the jewelry via insured mail.  MadebyStella will not be responsible for lost or items damaged during shipping.

Repairs
If your product is received in damaged condition, please let me know within 7 days of receiving the product and I will gladly repair the item at no charge.  Shipping will not be covered.
After 7 days, jewelry can be repaired for a small fee.  Please send an email to info@madebystella.com  and I will provide a quote for the repair fee.

Materials
All pieces are handmade using semi-precious stones, sterling silver or 14K gold-fill.  Any exceptions will be noted in the product description.

Please note that natural stones may contain slight variations and imperfections.  They are not considered defects and rather add to the delicate and unique nature of the design.

Jewelry Care
To preserve the natural beauty and finish of your jewelry, store each item in a dry jewelry box or bag.  You may also use the plastic zip-lock bag that your pieces arrive in.

It is natural for all metals to oxidize with exposure to air, so it’s important to keep items in air-tight containers whenever possible.  Try to avoid exposure to moisture, including water, perfume, hair products, and other chemicals.  It is best to put jewelry on last while getting dressed.  Remove jewelry when washing hands, performing housework, swimming, or engaging in other strenuous activity.

If your jewelry becomes wet, dry it as soon as possible using a soft cloth.  Please use caution and read instructions carefully if using a polishing cloth or other liquid cleaner.  They may not be suitable for your jewelry.

Since many pieces are made using semi-precious stones, please store them individually to avoid scratching and damage.  To avoid tangling for necklaces, store them with the chain hanging freely.
